INTRODUCTION
These Shipping Terms of Service (“Shipping Terms”) and the terms and conditions herein are an addendum to the Weedzy Terms of Service. The Shipping Terms apply to your purchase, post and receipt of the products or accessories available for purchase from Weedzy, or any other items sent to you via Weedzy Shipping.

By accessing or using Weedzy Shipping or accepting the Agreement, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree the Shipping Terms. The Shipping Terms are part of, and are governed by, the terms and conditions set forth in our Terms of Service, including any agreements incorporated by reference within the Terms of Service.

SHIPPING AND FINAL SALE

Shipping Policy
Products available via Weedzy Shipping are shipped to an address designated by you, provided that such address is within UK. Our delivery partner can send it to any address, whether it is personal, business or address of the inbox. 

Product shipping normally takes up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped, however there might be certain delays related to public holidays, etc. Products are shipped utilizing a third-party logistics provider who has a proficiency in sending 100% smell proof packages with our products and accessories applying vacuum sealing technology to ensure that shipping risks are decreased to a minimum.

All Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, or to discontinue offering certain Products without prior notice and in our sole discretion.

Billing & Fees
Weedzy uses a third-party payment processor (“Payment Vendor”) to bill your purchase of Products via Weedzy Shipping. By choosing to purchase products via Weedzy Shipping, you authorize the Payment Vendor to charge your form of payment. The processing of payments and credits will be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the applicable Payment Vendor.
Any fees that Weedzy charges you for Products purchased via Weedzy Shipping are due immediately. 

Currently, we are operating delivery free service, however in the future, in addition to any other Charges described in the Agreement, shipping charges may be included in the final amount at the time of checkout.

Final Sale Products
All products are purchased as “FINAL SALE” and are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception. Final Sale products are sold AS IS. This includes all sale products and products purchased using a promotional code.
